Afen was appointed as Director of the Company since April 2022 based on the Deed No. 6 dated May 19, 2022.

He held Bachelor Degree in Management/ Marketing from Bina Nusantara University. In addition, he also held the capital market certification of Broker-Dealer Representative (WPPE).

His career experience in capital market has been more than 20 years, both in the back office and front office. Prior to serving as the Board of Directors at MNC Sekuritas, he started his career in the Settlement Division of PT Phillip Sekuritas Indonesia (1998 - 2000) and IT Support of PT Phillip Sekuritas Indonesia (2000 - 2003). Apart from his experience in the back office, he has also led the company's frontliners as Head of Online Trading and Product Manager, Head of Equity Retail at PT Phillip Sekuritas Indonesia (2003 - 2016) and Head of Equity Retail at PT MNC Sekuritas (2016 - 2022).
